Our History
The TTOS is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization based in North Charleroi Pa. dedicated to recognizing the achievements of the high school students that reside in our community. Each year for the past seventy years the committee has held a banquet to honor the outstanding students and athletes of our town, “Lock Four.”

Seventy- two years ago a small group of civic minded gentlemen pulled together their resources and raised the funds to honor the youth of the community. In an effort to promote the moral and ethical ideals of our small town, the TTOS tradition continues today.
